Stayed 24 - 28 Dec 2025. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, newer place, free breakfast, 24/7 hot coffee. What more do you want? I do honest reviews of every place I stay. The ONLY complaint I have is the luggage carts. They're the exact ones you see at every airport. Fine for two big bags but not for a husband traveling with a wife that brings endless crap. Regardless, this is a fine establishment and I would highly recommend to anyone.
Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location to walk to Cracker Barrel for food. Many options on breakfast bar. We were there for Christmas and even though short staffed they were very accommodating. Elena at front desk was so sweet and friendly. She even left us a personal note on Christmas Day with our towels we requested.
Very clean, up to date rooms. Comfortable bed and reasonably quiet. Have stayed there several times while passing through with no bad experiences. Several close by eating choices. Quick access to and from I-80.
I highly recommend coming here to stay if you’re in Lincoln! Clean, quiet, easy check in and check out, nice indoor pool and hot tub. Great breakfast. The staff were all friendly. The parking is good. Less than 15 minutes from Lincoln airport.
Nice hotel! Very friendly & when I arrived there was a nice small gathering of 10 travelers all talking in the bar/ lounge. My room was very clean and well appointed. The heat/thermostat was easy to operate. The Bathroom had plenty of towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner, make-up remover etc...I had a nice quiet sleep worth no noise waking me. Breakfast was traditional American with waffle, biscuits & gravy, sausage and scrabble eggs. Lots of english muffin, bagel, beads, cream cheese, butter, jelly, cereals, yogurt & hats boiled eggs. Milk juice & coffee available.
Perfect experience. Just a one night stay with the fam, but a great pool and hot tub. Nice service. Better rooms than some other bigger brands and a hot breakfast changes every day.
This hotel puts the BEST in Best Western. I've stayed at a lot of Best Westerns in various places throughout the nation, and some of them should change their name to Good Enough Western or Meh Western. But place is living up to the Best Western! If you're partial to the Best Western chain, and your travels take you through (or near) Lincoln NE, this is the place to book your room.
Nice and clean rooms. The beds were great. The breakfast was very nice. Our only complaint was there were no freezer in the refrigerator. I am a diabetic and need to keep my insulin cold while traveling. The desk was accommodating with my ice pack getting frozen.
